Aufgaben des Jobs
- Product management for Tier 1/distribution channel customers across Europe for passive components, especially inductors
- Demand creation, specific design-ins, market research, technical trend analysis and benchmarking
- Product development and product innovation in cooperation with our customers
- Product strategy development for Europe as well as tactic setup for each customer
- Interface for strategic decisions between our headquarter/factories in Japan and our account managers in Europe
- Support for our sales function during customer meetings and the acquisition of design-ins
- Daily support for technical and commercial inquiries
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
- Experience in Electronics (on component and/or application level)
- Experience in technical product marketing, technical sales, or similar position
- Preferably work experience in the automotive and/or distribution market
- Positive work attitude, commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Proactive learning attitude regarding products and processes
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
- Driver’s license required

This position can be located anywhere within the EU. Visiting our Panasonic Offices in Munich or Hamburg may be required on a regular basis.
Aufgaben des Jobs
Business Demand management
- Collect business/Finance/Controlling requirements from internal stakeholders and translate into IT demand
- Translate the business/Finance/Controlling requirements into IT functional requirements (IT demand), discuss with external IT service providers about possible solutions and raising a change requests accordingly
- Analyze & document business/Finance/Controlling processes and identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Change implementation management:
- Implement system changes in alignment with external IT service provider; while viewing code, data dictionary and customizing.
- Describe technology neutral business requirements to open up for all kinds of solutions, which will be implemented by external IT service provider
- Provide support during the implementation of system changes (to users and to IT consultants if required)
- Support the users during the UAT (user acceptance test) phase and provide feedback to the external IT provider
- Document process changes and user manual as for the implemented changes
Finance and Controlling operations support
- Handling of SAP S/4 Hana tickets in collaboration with external IT service provider
- Definition of requirements for System user-settings and User access management
- Coordination and execution of User support / training including documentation
Anforderungen und Qualifikationen
- Completed studies in business administration, finance, or IT studies
- Very strong english language skills, fluency in German is an advantage
- Expertise in SAP S/4 FI/CO and interfaces to SD/MM as well as the adjacent SAP modules
- Several years of relevant professional experience as an SAP FI/CO consultant, ideally in S/4 environment
- Profound knowledge of business processes (incl. customizing) in the area of SAP FI
- Experience in sub-project management of SAP projects
- Experience in larger roll-out projects is an advantage
- Confident appearance, independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as ability to work in a team and commitment
